How does one feel when they have panic attacks?
School stress is settling in. I feel extremely uneasy and paranoid that I'm not doing enough. I don't know where to seek assurance from. Friends close to me are all so far and in different courses, it's hard to understand now. I don't blame them but now I hope there is someone who can give me some words of encouragement and reassurance that I can make it.
Am I okay?
I don't want to wake up in tears again.
