OMG Song Joong Ki you hottie? This is a korean drama that is out of the norm because it is totally filmed and edited and processed and now showing every week starting from yesterday. Usually korean dramas are filmed as they are screened, this allows flexibility in editing. But I feel that this causes the production crew and actors, actresses to be really stressed out and tired from the insane schedules.

So from the first 2 episodes, I can tell that there is a significant difference. Okay it may be cause of the different method in filming, but there's something different about the cinematography. Nothing wrong with it, I'm not a picky person in such matters, not like I know anything about it anyway. Moving on to my long list of compliments for Song Joong Ki? To be honest, I've never watch any of his dramas before. Ever. This is the first time I'm watching him act. I only knew him because he was once a permanent cast on Running man. At that time, I thought he look cute cause he has a baby face, not much of a manly charm. But, look at him right now in this drama. Feels overflowing. Swooning over him. Perfect namja. <3 p="">
I guess I have a thing for army guys cause they look super duper insanely good in uniforms? Especially in episode 2 where they walk out of the plane along the runway. God damn, they turn it into a T-walk stage. Total swag. Charming, hot af.

His acting is really good? Didn't know that before. And the cute, flirty scenes between him and Song Hye Kyo makes me smile cause their chemistry is undeniably good.

Another good point of the drama will be that the theme and setting is rather refreshing. Even though it sets in a fictional place named, Uruk, the idea and plot is very different from the usual dramas be it saving the damsel in distress or the rich girl tries to get dad's approval, or all the other cliche plots. I like how the 2 main leads have differing opinions of how they protect their loved ones, one by killing the enemies if he has to or he is ordered to, while one will protect by saving lives. A moral question?

Song Hye Kyo is beautiful. Extremely. Mind you, she's not in her twenties, so to see that she has like flawless complexion is just making me really jealous. Onew is adorable too, the way he panics when he lost his ring. So much to love in this drama. Even the cute second lieutenant is charming, but I wonder what's the problem between him and his girlfriend. Fighting since ep 1.

Sigh dreaming about Yoo Si Jin. He is the epitome of perfection. I love him.

Oh, not forgetting the OST. Bonus points if the ost sounds good. Now, the part 1 of the ost album is ear orgasm. Chen's voice just brings out the feelings of longing everytime he sings "everytime". No pun intended. Yoon Mirea's always is really stunning too.

Falling for this drama deep and fast.

xoxo.
